A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
What a stellar bunch of songs from an amazing band. Picks up right where they left off 14 yrs ago yet still sounds new. Loving every note. This is Sebadoh! ryan allen

Montreal psych-pop veterans sound as infectious and hypnotic as ever on their seventh LP, slinging jangly riffs and bright vocal harmonies. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 14, 2024
been a fan of Lou, Sentrodoh and Sebadoh since I was first introduced to Lou through Dinosaur Jr. in the 80s. It was not until later that I truly appreciated the lofi goodness of his work. this album is a great first one if you haven't heard Lou solo. constructionlaw
